Key responsibilities
- Conducts compliance reviews, internal audit coordination and administrative investigations across training, assessment and operational activities.
- Develops policies and procedures, reviews Training and Assessment Strategies, and provides trainer and assessor credentialling advice.
- Oversees quality assurance of an industry-leading VET and higher education resource library, ensuring products reflect current training package requirements and the Standards for RTOs effective July 2025.
- Prepares detailed evidence-based reports, supports audit readiness for ASQA and TEQSA regulated clients, and identifies non-conformance with appropriate corrective and preventative action.
